nfsworld's installer now runs into this, though it's probably harmless,
as the install continues (presumably without peer-to-peer mode):

FAILED !
Failure reason is : A resource on your machine (TCP port 9421) required by the
NetSession client is either blocked or in use by another application. Please
check your firewall and antivirus settings

(Sorry I didn't test with your stub before... since both of these seem
to be noncritical, it might be a while before I can.)
