Take this one from the page of the lcc-compiler:

This is a setup-program which copy the compressed hlp-file to a folder you will
have to choose.
I tried with other hlp-files, but they also failed.

I was searching for something in the 'Win32-API doc' and so I did discover this
bug. Now I use a converted version which is in the CHM-format with
'kchmviewer'.
