With wine-1.3.32-332-gd4aacad, running ddostandard.exe crashes before it puts
up a window.

+x11drv,+synchronous log shows

breaking into debugger
Console shows
X Error of failed request:  BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
  Major opcode of failed request:  56 (X_ChangeGC)

With wine-1.3.28, it gets past this.

I may have time to bisect later.
