It works in network, where auto-configuration wpad script is available, but for
example in my home where no wpad script is available and I setup proxy by hand
(by setting http_proxy or proxy settings in registry) application ignore these
settings and goes direct.

Another point is how to implement user autoconfiguration url entering.
