Can confirm that this patch fixes the problem.

With latest Wine from git, Perfect Dark shows a red "perfect dark is online.
open port NOT confirmed." text, and connections do not work. With the patch
applied, a blue "perfect dark is online" is shown instead, and connections work
as expected.
