Crash log when running "wine energyXT.exe" in terminal wine-1.3.32

Running energyXT in wine-1.3.32 doesn't work, as it gives an error saying "The
program has encountered a serious problem". The program doesn't even start. In
wine 1.2 energyXT starts immediately without any issue. I have attached a crash
log showing what it outputs when I type "wine energyXT" into the terminal.
