sbocx.dll file

This is the file that is causing the issue. I have tested this in both versions
of sbclient. I have also gone in on a working machine and deleted this file and
can verify the same effect causes. The search bar does not come up and sbclient
is locked. This file is not loading correctly causing the lockup
