grepping through the Wine GIT, I'm only finding ifdef's for TIOCSERGETLSR and I
cannot find the place where it's defined.

How can I see if TIOCSERGETLSR is even getting defined?

(Also noticing some commented-out ifdef TIOCSERGETLSR statements which might be
interesting to see what happens if they're uncommented.)
