That page has http://winonx.com/help/patches.html, which shows a patch for
winemenubuilder.c (and that it's based on 1.3.25).

A private email from the author:
It is linked from http://winonx.com/help which can be accessed by either the
home page or the app itself.

Actually the only change is one line which does an additional log. The upcoming
versions will have much more patches. We'd like to contribute them to winehq to
avoid a fork.
