I think something like ubuntu-bug/apport-bug will very good for collect
information, the ubuntu-bug command can automatic submit information as
attachment to launchpad bugzilla, that will solve the "DO NOT PASTE" problem
graceful.

However, the back traces are usually useless without debugging symbols, what
about a sign for stating "Please install winedbg and reproduce the problem
again" ?
