$ file /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Moscow
/usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Moscow: timezone data, version 2, 13 gmt time flags,

How do I know if my /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Moscow is broken or not ?
