Still in wine-1.3.30-205-g472a8f7. To test:
$ wget http://markk-b.tripod.com/downloads/w98maze/w98maze.zip
$ unzip w98maze.zip "*scr"
$ wine 3D\ Maze.scr /s

if that works, this bug is fixed. If not, to test non-full screen:
$ wine 3D\ Maze.scr # uncheck full screen, click okay.
$ wine 3D\ Maze.scr /s
