Running pwsafe.exe version 3.26 or 3.23 crashes at startup in Wine 1.3.30.  It
was working in Wine 1.3.29.

I'm using the Gentoo Linux ebuild on amd64.

$ wine 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Password Safe\pwsafe.exe'
