In rpcrt4/tests, "make rpc_protseq.ok" fails on some machines under Valgrind
with

rpc_protseq.c:177: Test failed: ncalrpc: RpcEpResolveBinding failed with error
1753

(1753 is EPT_S_NOT_REGISTERED.)
