[Bug 28847] LabChart Reader fails to open files

I'm not doing anything else really. After installation (no options there), I:
- start up labchart (same thing happens via link and when starting with `wine
LabChart7\ Reader.exe`
- click ok on "The extension Video Render could not be loaded...."
- click file -> open
- choose the "12-Lead-ECG.adicht" file (from samples on the website)
- get "program error" window and dump on the terminal

Is there some more information I can collect from the run somehow?
