Hello,

this bug has been recycled several times -> should be avoided.
Marking this one fixed with msvcr80.dll._localtime64_s implementation (per
comment #1)

The initial missing
msvcp80.dll.?clear@?$basic_string at DU?$char_traits at D@std@@V?$allocator at D@2@@std@@QAEXXZ
was covered by bug 26793

If you still find problems due to insufficient MSVC runtime API, open new bug
reports.
Make sure you don't create dupes.
