Hello,

confirming, "BioEdit" also suffers from this.

If you use default "c:\BioEdit" it will simply put all files in the folder
where you started installer from.
If you try to fix this manually by clicking "change" in Destination Folder
dialog and editing the path + OK you get a crash.

Refining summary and other fields.

$ sha1sum BioEdit.zip 
a35cfc29b3f4bd8bf62abe41d9f13f4b22b3c176  BioEdit.zip

$ wine --version
wine-1.3.31-172-g7df0245
