[Bug 28213] IE7/IE8 x64 installation doesn't complete

Apparently, it's copying a file. I found the command used via KDE's system
monitor:

C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe /d /q /c copy
c:\6573cafa88dc5909f5aafb0b69ad\\update\update.exe.manifest
C:\windows\ie8\spuninst\spuninst.exe.manifest 2>nul 1>nul
