No, I'm the semi-official builder of the Debian binary packages (at least
those, that winehq.org refers to on its download pages). Apart from that, Mr.
English said in comment #1, that this is not a regression but a previously
hidden bug. Thus I'm not sure whether such a test would yield anything useful.
