This doesn't seem to be a problem anymore now that dosbox is being used.

I tested the RM.COM using the testcase from comment 2 and the 3 directories
were removed correctly (inside dosbox).

So in my opinion this bug is fixed =)

Can anyone else retest or post other ideas?
