[Bug 28355] Photoshop CS2 stopped working, unable to focus on any tool windows after a new file is created or opened

Both problems are connected in someway: After a new image file is opened or
created and menus and toolboxes are locked (can not be clicked or accessed) you
could still exit from Photoshop with Ctrl-Q-Q but next time you run Photoshop
you get the famous "Photoshop cannot continue because your account doesn't have
privileges" message. And you can't make it start without restarting wineserver.
After wineserver is restarted you can again start CS2 and play with menus and
tool windows till a new image is created or opened, then alas - other windows
including main menu are locked and cannot be accessed.
