This bug happens always when an application has an animated icon. Like The Bat
mail client. I mean if an application is redrawing it's icon in the taskbar -
this will damage X server and the system. It will lock it down eventually. (it
will hang)

You may download The Bat (it has a free trial period) and install it with wine,
then compose a message and drag it to inbox folder and mark it as unread (black
bold). In this case the Bat by default will draw an animated icon in the
taskbar (a flying bat). At this moment the X server will start to consume
processor resources and if you leave it like that it will hang KDE.

This problem will happen with any similar application which has an animated
icon. Not cursor. Let me know if you need to know anything else.

Thanks.
