1. Download chromium from
http://build.chromium.org/f/chromium/snapshots/Win/95816/chrome-win32.zip
unpack chrome-win32.zip, cd to the directory.

2. start chrome.exe with --no-sandbox, works around Bug 21232

$ wine chrome.exe --no-sandbox


3. open http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/archive/binary/ with wine chrome

scroll down and up for several times, then you'll see the render issue like the
screenshot attached.

wine1.3_1.3.28+daily-20110912 works but wine1.3_1.3.28+daily-20110916 is broken
