Some fixes for SAXReader are in as 809959de2c90929282c41b03a516cf3d71240411 and
864f17016f5658ebb2299c7d6ce279945cdb29e4. Now it fails to parse workbook.xml
for me with a strange libxml2 internal failure, will dig deeper.
