To clarify: this bug is to fix the remaining icons (Options and Sync). 
Unsupported icons no-longer appear in the toolbar, I'm not sure that's a good
idea but we can tackle those later.

If someone could point me to a good synchronize icon that is under a license
compatible with Wine then I can put a patch together pretty easily.  I haven't
done it yet since most "sync" icons look the same as "refresh" and we also have
a "refresh" icon - so, I'm not sure of a good way to handle the "sync" icon.
