[Bug 9661] Linux Sticky keys does not work under Wine

This bug is now over 4 years old, still exists in every version of wine ever
made. It took nearly 3 years just to get it confirmed, and that was over a year
ago. It has been relegated as a minor bug which is quite frustrating as anyone
who needs this feature will tell you it is decidedly not minor, it literally
blocks certain users from using virtually any app within wine. It has not been
slated for 1.2, nor assigned to anyone.

Is there any chance we might see this fixed, ever?
