mmdevapi tests on Ubuntu 11.04 with OSSv4

Hello Jörg,

I've compiled wine-1.3.27 with patch mmdevapi/tests/render.c diff from bug
#27937. Then I have opened terminal in dlls/mmdevapi/tests/ directory and run
the test as described in your comment. I have attached logs for vmix enabled
and disabled (without any applications in background).

I also wanted to tell you that with release of wine-1.3.29 I'm finally getting
sound from Defense Grid: The Awakning. Although only if I disable the vmix and
still there are some clicks (nothing significant).
