Likewise, winmm/tests/midi.c does not find MIDI output anymore either (no test
fails, all are skipped).

reveals it happened between
the 31st of August po: Update Lithuanian translation and
the 1st of September, jscript: Added more SetInterfaceSafetyOptions tests and
fixes.
Thanks go to François Gouget for providing almost daily Mac test data.

The only relevant commits in that period are Andrew Eikum's
winmm: Determine the driver from MMDevAPI.
mmdevapi: Automatically select correct driver.
