[Bug 28486] Office Professional Plus 2010 install fails

I already deleted the wineprefix that log was created from, so I can't check
that one. 

I just re-ran the installer on a clean wineprefix, and this time the line
complaining about sqdedev.DLL refers to
"C:\\users\\dimesio\\Temp\\msi60a5.tmp". That file exists in the Temp
directory, but there is no msi60a5 folder. 

I also retested with winetricks dotnet20 installed, and that log also shows an
error about sqdedev.DLL not being found, but the installer completes and
reports success.
