Thanks for testing. Can you check if Mono's machine.config is also
sufficient? On my machine it's installed in /etc/mono/2.0 by a
package called mono-runtime. Mono for Windows installs it in
C:\Program Files\Mono-2.10.2\etc\mono\2.0
