stdout/stderr from a blank print run

This log was made with WINE 1.5.1.

This time, I noticed a symptom that I had probably happened in other runs but
had escaped my notice.  After trying to print the page, the right-hand side of
the help window, the side with the content, is partially covered by a blank
rectangle.  Mentioning it in case it might be helpful in isolating the root
cause.
