Don't think it's an ole32. One thing you can fix is this:
err:module:load_builtin_dll failed to load .so lib for builtin L"winemp3.acm":
libmpg123.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

If that won't help, please attach complete terminal output of the install into
a new wineprefix.
