Both versions of Icy Tower (1.4 and 1.5) are downloadable from 
http://icytower.cz/?lang=en&page=download

On my wine 1.5.2 version 1.4 is still having the bug. It require two-three
"shakes" of program window.

Version 1.5 is not causing the bug. But nevertheless, moving the windows in any
application should not cause the program to crash, so in my opinion it is worth
to get down to the root of the bug.
