[Bug 30452] Reaper 3.672 will not start

I am one of the wineasio maintainers.  As noted in the initial report, this
error occurs independent of the presence of wineasio.  Reaper is not dependent
upon wineasio.

There are no overrides in my winecfg.

With wine1.5-dbg installed, clicking the "Save" button on the Program Error
Details "Save As" dialog causes a hang.  Eventually Xming crashed without
letting me get a screenshot..!  The hang on save is reproducible, though.

I have captured the output of the following
./reaper.exe > backtrace.log 2>&1

Note: the wiki states "Important: if you get a crash dialog while doing this,
please click OK. Otherwise your log will be incomplete."  This is incorrect. 
You have to click "Close".
