Also, as a note. I didn't actually have to use the GetExtendedTCPTable patch. I
only needed the AcceptEx patch.

Also, I don't know if you did this already or not (I assume you did since you
were able to build wine) but make sure you're calling the newly built wine, and
not a different previously installed wine. You can check by using "wine
--version".

As an example, my version is wine-1.5.2-191-gd080774, and I built it yesterday.
