I'm not sure how I overlooked this before, but I just realized that there is
another difference in the playback between 1.4 and current Wine that may be
important. In current Wine, the playback window within Powerpoint has a title
bar that says ActiveMovie Window. There shouldn't be any such title bar
displayed, and there isn't in 1.4.
