It looks like http://www.devcellsoftware.com/ was deactivated and it's in some
sort of japanese dns parking.

Archive still shows the page but the .exe was not cached.

Dan, do you have the file to test? Should we close abandoned? Maybe we can use
other games from the same engine to test like this:
