[Bug 30814] Age of Empires II scrolling gets stuck after Alt-Tab away and back

Ok :). I'm not an expert on this, but I did the regression testing. I followed
the link above, did all the steps very carefully and all went ok. I bisected
between 1.2 (which worked ok, like mentioned above) and 1.4.1 (which bugged,
for me). I never had any crashes, all went ok :).

I got the following final regression testing report, identifying the faulty
patch:
