Corrupted tooltip above Mirana

Repro:
1. Start/watch dota 2 game
2. Hover cursor over hero
3. Observe tooltip which appears above it

Result:
Tooltip text is not shown, see screenshot. As you play game, some letters may
randomly appear there (correct letters in correct positions, but they don't
appear one-by-one from left to right or all together).

Expected:
Tooltip should show hero class and hero level.
