It is known that that API is not compatible with 10.4.  Wine abandoned
compatibility with 10.4 and has required 10.5 for some time.  I guess the
README needs to be updated.

If you want to hack around the issue, you can modify dlls/shell32/trash.c,
changing the lines reading:

#ifdef HAVE_CORESERVICES_CORESERVICES_H

to read:

#if defined(HAVE_CORESERVICES_CORESERVICES_H) && defined(MAC_OS_X_VERSION_10_5)
&& MAC_OS_X_VERSION_MAX_ALLOWED >= MAC_OS_X_VERSION_10_5


It's a simple enough change that it may be accepted as a patch, but I don't
know if we'll bother with patches for 10.4 compatibility.
