The log shows

Unhandled exception: unimplemented function
msvcp90.dll.?global at locale@std@@SA?AV12 at ABV12@@Z called in 32-bit code
(0x7b83b151).

I think that function was implemented in a later version of wine (1.5.7?).
Try the latest wine (1.5.18 or so) and see if it helps.
