KUSER_SHARED_DATA_18 against -> wine-1.5.18

Due to improvements in wine-1.5.18 the /dlls/ntdll/thread.c was touched and the
KUSER_SHARED_DATA patch wont apply anymore.

The KUSER_SHARED_DATA patch is still needed due to
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=29168 what is still present in
wine-1.5.18 .

KUSER_SHARED_DATA_18 is tested and applies correctly here for wine-1.5.18

Pre-requisits are unchanged, needs vcrun2008 and d3dx9
