Sadly, there is no response until now :(. Because I couldn't figure out the
cause yet... (keep on working on it! :D). Well, I've builded wine from source
(devel-v.1.5.18) which I'v got over git. So my wine-git respitory should be up
do date. Next, I've installed winetricks over MacPorts and got dotnet20.
Installation succesful! :D and clarified with netfx_setupverifier_new that .NET
Framework 2.0 is installed and running. So far so good, but now comes the
'brainarcher'. If I want to install ICE-1-1.3.5-for-32-bit-Windows.msi (I run
msiexec /i) I get this error :

err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"VSDCA_VsdLaunchConditions"
returned 1603

Somehow with wine v.1.4.1 it could work around and install it but unfortunately
not run it. This is why I've builded a new wine from source in the expection
that it might will work with the newest devel-version.

Please let me know, if you have an idea what causes the error or I should post
further information. Thx a lot!

Cheers mates,
Marc
