The logic fix (based on the last hack) went into 1.5.17.
Combined with the margin patches that allowed for it, it makes the display
correct.

It still works in 1.5.19.

I do hope it's really and permanently fixed this time.

fbo vs backbufer is being handled in a different bug (mostly by providing a
workaround, but with an r200 it's unfortunately good enough).
