Looks like it. Overall this bug report has been very quiet... Which is
unfortunate, since UnrealEd is one of the few programs that won't even run in a
virtual machine properly.

If there is any more information needed, I am sure we could provide it.
Unfortunately, with nobody assigned, there is no telling what information is
necessary, if any.
