After passing the TZ barrier the installation crashed with this error message

I managed to pass the TZ name barrier but the installation crashed and all I
got was this backtrace that appeared right after the installation began.

The difference is my Wine version is 1.5.19 and my Ubuntu version is 12.04
x86_64.
