I tested in Wine 1.5.19 and the problem is still there. It seems that the
unrendered area is just black now, instead of rendering whatever is behind the
window. Additionally, "Civilization Notes" dialogs are not rendered properly
either. They do not show any visible text - just a grey box with an "Ok"
button.
