Thanks for the info. Launching the game with "-nobreakpad -nominidumps" options
resulted the backtrace as can be seen in the attachment.
Searching for similar issues in bugzilla I found bug #12044.
On the other hand, the hack in bug #7698 (attachment #40034) when applied on
1.5.18, fixes the crash when the player dies in E.Y.E.: Divine Cybermancy.
