With Wine 1.5.20 and the patch from bug 18799 for the cryengine (crysis game)
it works EXCEPT for textures in the inventory, which is quite strange.

Is there any setting that could fix these (apparently very special) textures?

In the inventory, only selection borders around items are visible, it is
possible to select items and view them in magnification (then the textures are
visible).
