backtrace (built-in msvcp90)

I can reproduce the crash using the saved game from comment #1.
The attached log contains the backtrace with built-in msvc*90 libraries. It is
almost the same as the log from comment #35, but a bit more verbose.

The log was created with wine-1.5.20-74-ge51bd12.

A +relay,+msvcp log would be really huge (>13 GB and the game isn't loaded
yet). I tried a recent version of the toggle-debug-traces patch
(http://wiki.winehq.org/Debug_trace_toggle_key), but it doesn't work well with
+relay.
